You'll learn how to harness the power of Heart-Focused Breathing (HFB) to calm your heart and reduce stress. We explore the science behind HFB and guide you through a simple yet effective method for achieving a state of coherence between your heart, mind, and body.
You will discover the transformative benefits of emotional self-regulation and experience the power it gives you to think clearly. By the end of this module, you'll have practical tools to manage your emotions and improve your mental clarity so that you can navigate life with confidence.

In this module, we delve into the power of your thoughts and their impact on your brain health and overall well-being. You'll learn about the concept of neuroplasticity and how it empowers you to change your brain. We’ll do a deep dive into how negative patterns of thinking can sabotage our mental health and look at a simple solution that, when implemented repeatedly, will change your brain - thanks to neuroplasticity!
By the end of this module, you'll have practical strategies for improving your mental fitness by strengthening positive neural connections which reduces anxiety and builds a more positive and resilient mindset.

In this module, we focus on recognizing negative thought patterns. When you can spot negative thoughts fast, you can learn to change them quickly. We will identify 9 different types of thoughts that drain the energy from us, lead to depression and cause anxiety. You will have the opportunity to look at yourself through a new lens and with one simple shift see the world from a healthier perspective.

In this module, we explore the four interconnected circles of brain health: psychological, biological, spiritual, and social. You'll learn how lifestyle factors like nutrition, sleep, exercise, and lifelong learning can significantly impact your mental fitness. We'll delve into what neurotoxins are, where they come from, and the harmful effects they have on our brain and our mental health. We will provide practical tips for reducing your exposure and share strategies for detoxing. You'll also discover the power of nutritional psychiatry, a field of medicine that is exploding, and how food choices can influence your mood and cognitive function.
By the end of this module, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of how lifestyle choices can optimize or destroy your brain health and will have the information you need to make great choices so you can be confident, resilient, and lead a fulfilling life.

In this final module, you'll take the driver's seat and begin steering your life towards your dreams. The last skillset we will talk about is how to dream AND set goals, make core-aligned decisions, and take ownership of your choices. When you take responsibility for your life and your choices align with what matters to you, your brain experiences less conflict and greater clarity.
The tools you'll acquire in this module - and throughout the course - are tools that will help you navigate life and enjoy UNAFRAID Living!
