UNAFRAID Living is a course designed to help you understand anxiety, gain clarity, and respond with steady confidence. It offers practical tools, gentle education, and simple guidance so you can move forward in a way that feels good and doable.

Engaging Video Lessons: Learn at your own pace with 30 bite-sized video lessons that are packed with life changing information, tools and strategies.

Growth Guide: Written summaries with key points, reflection prompts, and action steps to help the ideas stick.

Live Guidance: In addition to the course material, Suzette offers monthly live sessions to answer questions and explore topics that matter most to you. You’re not meant to navigate this alone.

Supportive Community: Connect with fellow participants as you desire to share experiences, receive encouragement, find an accountability partner or just find a new friend.

Ongoing Access: Refer back to the course materials whenever you need a refresher or a boost of motivation. And join our monthly video conference!

Support is available. Suzette's steady, compassionate presence is offered on monthly Zooms and is available in group settings and limited one-on-one coaching. She also has a referral network of certified life coaches and brain health coaches.
