The Story Behind The Work
My work is shaped by faith, family, and lived experience. Raising a family while enduring Lyme disease and the neurological challenges that accompanied it, including intense anxiety and depression, gave me a passion to help people move through what can feel insurmountable.
I learned firsthand that with better understanding and the right skills, it’s possible to come out of the fog and back to life.
Anxiety can feel like a life sentence until you discover there is a way through it. Through years of study and practice, I’ve learned how the brain, nervous system, and emotional patterns work together and how small, steady shifts create meaningful change over time.
